I'm looking to rent out my spare room to chilled people who are kind, considerate and fun? Is that you? Do you want to live in a bungalow with a lovely kitchen and all the normal things and broadband? If so, this is the house for you. You and the other flat mate will share a bathroom which has a bath/shower, is reasonably sized, has constant hot water and a heated towel rack. The room has fitted wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The area is ten minutes walk to buses, town centre and train station for a very easy commute to Brighton and surrounding areas. The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar, large American fridge freezer with ice dispenser and cold water, dish washer, washing machine and cooker.
