Nice village location, good sized room

Hi there, i am looking for a friendly responsible tenant to share my home with.

I have a good sized furnished room to let, in a four bedroom house. The room is furnished, however I haven’t sorted it out as of yet until i lined a tenant up.
Shared bathroom, tv in room.
Any lodger will have use of the large garden, and kitchen.
The house is shared with my small dog, any lodger will need to be pet friendly.
The house is located in Newick, within a few minutes walk of all the local amenities, including a regular bus service to Haywards Heath, Uckfield and Lewes.
