Very large double bed/ sitting room, quiet road

This is a very large, light and airy bed/ sitting room on the first floor of my semi-detached house. It is furnished with a made up kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, three chests of drawers, drop-leaf table (and extra dining chair if wanted) tv point, comfy armchair with footstool, bedside table and lamps. I can provide towels and bedding if required.
The house is fully gas centrally heated but also has a log burner in the living room.
The house has only one bath/ shower room but there is a second toilet downstairs. Also shared are the kitchen (dishwasher/ kettle/ microwave/ oven/ crockery etc) and the utility room (washing machine/ fridge-freezer).
Free on road parking and shared use of south facing private garden.
I work full time shift work, including regular nights so need a considerate housemate.
I'm generally friendly and approachable, patient and tolerant so would expect the same from a house mate.
