Room in Cottage on edge of Ashdown Forest

Looking for a lodger for a good sized furnished double bedroom in a cottage on the edge of Ashdown Forest, on the Crowborough Road, Nutley. Three metres and you're on Ashdown Forest. Use of kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Open to short to medium term options (long term is less doable). You need to be working and, ideally, 20-40 ish years old. Own transport a necessity. We are a left of centre household cool, of course, with diversity. Some of the time you will have the place to yourself as work and social commitments can take us elsewhere.

Cost is 550/month inclusive of all bills other than one third of the electricity bill with a month's rent deposit upfront. Payment via bank transfer each month. References required

Re pets: it's unlikely a dog will work, not least as a cat often comes to stay, but possibly a cat might work.
