Edge of Ashdown Forest

I'm renting a furnished double bedroom in a cottage on the edge of Ashdown Forest, on the Crowborough Road, Nutley. Three metres and you're on Ashdown Forest. You have use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom too. Please note it's not a large cottage, so if you're looking for something palatial it's not for you. Which somewhat applies to storage too - while there's a decent amount of cupboard space if you have lots and lots of stuff there will be a squeeze.

I'm looking for someone who's working and 20-50 ish years old. Your own transport is a necessity. There's a bus service but it's not regular enough to be practical. I'm left of centre and I am looking for someone open and tolerant too. Btw, my work is freelance and I'm often away, so you will get plenty of time to yourself.

The cost is 500 month exclusive of bills: £650 inclusive. That includes one third of the electricity bill + council tax/wifi. £500 deposit and payment of £650 via bank transfer each month. References required

Re pets: a well behaved small dog will work, a cat is fine
