Furnished double bedroom in a cottage on the edge of Ashdown Forest, on the Crowborough Road, Nutley. Three metres and you're on Ashdown Forest. Use of kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Open to short to medium term options (eg from a month to a year). You need to be working and 20-40 ish years old. As my 20s daughter lives here it would be preferable, but not inevitable, for a woman to move in. Transport a necessity. We are a left of centre household.

Cost is 550/month inclusive of all bills other than one third of the electricity bill with a month's rent deposit upfront. Payment via bank transfer each month. References required

Re pets: it's unlikely a dog will work, not least as a cat often comes to stay, but possibly a cat might work.
