Double room in Ore Village, Hastings

I have a cosy Victorian terraced house and I’m looking for a friendly, fun and considerate housemate. It’s really important to me to get the right person, so it’s more of a friend instead of a lodger.

The house is up in Ore Village, close to the shops, community gym and bus stops into town. There is a relaxing garden with a hammock, bbq and sea views. The house is clean and tidy, but I will also get a cleaner when sharing.

I’m regularly away so someone who I can trust and likes their own space (equally enjoys being sociable). The house is relaxing and fairly spacious, with a calming/peaceful energy.
The home has a log fire, street parking, tv/internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc. I have one friendly rescue cat, so an animal lover would be great. I’ve just finished studying counselling and will be working on the next project soon.

Preferably someone who is working full time, considerate and respectful. If you’re looking for a room from around 10th July, please get in touch. Happy to wait for the right person too.
