Luxury Garden Room/studio

This is a very unique setup for a potential lodger. It is a luxury studio that has been built in my garden. It comes with a working log burner and a working air conditioning unit. It comes fully furnished with everything in the picture except for the desk and computer (this will open up a large space which can be used for seating etc) The studio is very large in size and it is essentially like being in your own private little flat which is very peaceful. Would be ideal for a musician/artist. It also looks much larger in person. The downside is that you will have to go outside to enter the house but it’s less than 5 meters to the back entrance. It’s not your typical living experience and not for everyone but offers a lot of upsides.

The main house also comes with a large front room with working log burner. A recently fitted luxury bathroom and shower and a decent size kitchen and dining space. The house is only a 10 minute walk from the old town which is ideal in summer as a stone throw from the beach
