Double room in beauitul home and environment

We have a very nice double room to let with its own shower/toilet in our beautiful and light family home in Ovingdean, Brighton. Situated close to the Downs for walking or running in nature and close to Ovingdean beach, there is a lovely, big garden, with a work out area, B&B, hammock and seating areas, and easy (free) parking on the road. Share of spacious kitchen/breakfast room leading to the back garden and access to a piano.

We have two cats who are very calm and friendly, mostly roaming around outside.

You can easily cycle into town on the the cycle path or to East Sussex Hospital, so this could be ideal for someone who works in Kemptown or at the hospital. Also, for a mature student studying at Falmer University, who wants to study undistracted in a calm and peaceful environment.

We are looking for a responsible, mature person who would enjoy this beautiful, environment. As we are currently redecorating the room pics are yet to come.
