Double Bedroom, own shower room & kitchenette

We have a large, fully furnished double bedroom available, with access to a private shower room and a kitchenette/laundry area.

The kitchenette has a kettle/toaster/sink/fridge-freezer and we could easily put in an air fryer.

We are a family of four living in the home above. We have two young children, so the space would suit someone who doesn’t mind a bit of everyday family noise at times, but who is also looking for a comfortable and private living area. The layout allows for separate living spaces, so everyone has their own private area.

The room is available on a short-term basis initially (from a few weeks up to 3 months), with the possibility to extend. We are also open to Monday–Friday or term-time arrangements.

We’re located in Ovingdean, close to both the seafront and the South Downs, with easy parking available.

We would prefer no pets, no smoking and the room is best suited to someone who does not work from home.

The price includes all bills.
