Renting out a lovely double room (furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished depending on renter's preference) in a quiet, spacious home in Ovingdean. You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful, sunny garden and your own shower room and toilet.

Pets:
There are two lovely, peaceful cats who are part of the household.

Rent and bills:
Rent: £795 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water).

Availability: 10 August

Parking: free on-street parking.

The Area and location:
Ovingdean is a beautiful, peaceful village tucked between the South Downs and the sea. Ideal for sea lovers, swimmers, for cycling and walking. It is just a short walk to Ovingdean beach and Rottingdean village.

Transport:
Great bus links straight into Brighton Marina, Sussex Hospital, Brighton train station and central Brighton. Ideal for professionals working at the Royal Sussex County Hospital or anyone commuting by car.

About the Live-in Landlord:
You will be sharing the house with the live-in owner (male, professional). I keep a clean, relaxed, and quiet home environment. I respect personal space but am also happy to have a friendly chat.

Who I’m Looking For:
The room is open to either a male or female housemate. I am looking for a tidy, reliable, and respectful professional or mature student who appreciates a peaceful, comfortable home to unwind in and is happy to have two cats around.
