Available in Hollingbury area of Brighton with direct access to the garden. Single bed, desk, drawers and clothes hanging. Shared amenities include downstairs toilet/utility room , lounge, family bathroom, a large sociable sunny kitchen/dining room opening onto garden with outdoor seating area. Facilities include washing machine, dryer and wifi. Good bus access into town and universities, easy parking and close to the countryside of the south downs.

This is a quiet room in a relaxed friendly family home. We are a busy couple that enjoy music, travel and occasional socialising. Occasionally our daughter is here too when not at University. We are seeking a relaxed individual with a good sense of humour. We would prefer someone who is also vegetarian or vegan and be prepared to feed our elderly cat if we are away for the odd weekend.
