Female preferred - I have a single room to let in a shared family home with a mixed age group. Available from immediate for a short term or long term let - All mod cons; super fibre broadband, washing machine, large kitchen diner. 2 bathrooms and garden. Room is fully furnished. Maybe would suit student as close to both Sussex and Brighton Universities and mixed age family house hold including myself and my husband who are on a different level prefer students as they seem to fit.
