Single and double room in Patcham Brighton

Female preferred - I have a single room to let in a shared family home with a mixed age group. Available from 3 January 2025 .for a short term let - maybe until May/june - All mod cons; super fibre broadband, washing machine, large kitchen diner. 2 bathrooms and garden. Room is fully furnished. Maybe would suit student as close to both Sussex and Brighton Universities and mixed age family house hold including a 25 year old daughter, a 27 year old son , both of which work full time and myself and my husband who are on a different level prefer students as they seem to fit. Have had in past and they would be more than happy to give a reference on staying with us. Also if you I am happy to show you round or a face time show.
