Large double room/ Annex to rent with en-suite

Modern house, with annex separated from the property. This annex has its own entry, and also double doors leading out into large garden. The annex consists of a large living space, with en-suite including shower, toilet and sink included. This also benefits from air conditioning/heating. You will have full access to the kitchen within the main property, along with log fire, washing machine and tumble dryer. The main property has Wi-Fi, which if possible will extend to the annex. We’re both friendly professional’s who work within Brighton mon-sat. We’re looking for an easy going friendly individual, or potentially a couple who is clean, considerate and polite. Currently clearing the existing items within the annex and will post these pictures. You will see from picture 2 the size of the annex. This has close proximity to both A27 and A23, and also easy access to both central Brighton, and universities.
