Double room in two bed house

Hello,

I am looking for someone to join my two-bed house in Patcham 😊

I work for the NHS full time. I’m a live in landlord, as the house belongs to my sister and I. I’m looking for someone who’s looking for a home, a friendly and equal housemate.

The available room comes with a double bed (with under-bed storage) and two large built-in cupboards, so there’s plenty of space. There’s on-street parking right outside, and a bus stop at the end of the road with frequent services into town.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone for up to 6 months, but I’m open to longer stays. Monday–Friday lets are also an option at a reduced rate.

Council Tax Band C.
