Stunning double esuite room in veggie family home

The En-suite room has its own private separate entrance and is a stunning, light and large double room, with shower and toilet. The family home is bright and beautiful and on the 26, 46, 5b, 5a bus routes as well as the big lemon 52 line. We are a mum, dad and 10 year old child. We have 2 little dogs. We're friendly, kind and fun and will be respectful of your space. We are looking for someone veggie who cleans up after themselves, someone who is
friendly and fun, inclusive, kind and respectful. We are right next to the
south downs paths so if you're into running, walking or cycling you're in for a treat. Withdean sports centre isnt far at all and It's an amazing area of Brighton to live in with a real sense of community. Theres a good food shop, post office and cafe nearby.
We don't have a set end of tenancy date, but will review the
lodging contract every 6 months and have an initial 3 months lodging agreement to check the fit is right.
