Double Room, Bills Included, in lovely Family Home

The room is bright and spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, writing desk, sofa, and a huge mirror. There is a bathroom across the hall for the lodger to use, including a shared washing machine. We also have a large kitchen, garden, and a shared shower/bath. All the bills and internet are included in the price of the room!

My home is at the top of Mackie Avenue with great links, a 30-minute bus journey takes you into Brighton town centre and just a 15-minute walk to Stamner Park and we are close to Asda and M&S.

I am looking for a clean and respectful lodger to share my lovely home. The right person will be friendly, open-minded, and enjoys their own space.

I am a single parent, who works full-time and am hoping to find someone who can fit seamlessly into our home!

I have two children (8 and 5 years old) and two (super cute) kittens! We enjoy a balance between chilled days in watching TV or playing, or going out to kids' events/activities, and exploring.
