Self-Contained Annexe, Patcham

We have a South facing garden annexe with patio available immediately. We're a married couple with a Labrador that live in the house. We're looking for a respectful and friendly person to enjoy the space. There's a double bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, shoe rack, ensuite bathroom, all bills Inc internet, food prep area (plus air fryer, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery included). Back gate and garden access as well as frequent buses to town and university. Windows and door are new and are frosted for privacy without shutting out light. TV not included (brackets provided). There's free parking, nearby shops and amenities, close to nice walks on the Downs. Washing and drying included in the main house on a weekly/as needed basis.
