A room available in a well-kept flat. The room comes part furnished (can remove items if you have your own).You’ll be sharing with just me – a single professional woman – and my cat. The flat is clean and relaxed and covered in plants. A private parking space is included. I’m looking for a full-time working professional who is clean and respectful. Ideally someone easy-going who treats the flat like a home rather than just a place to sleep. It will run on a monthly rolling contract.
