The house is spacious with a large front room, a conservatory, and an extra room next to the conservatory. It also has a huge, beautiful garden at the back for those who love wilderness and greenery, along with a gorgeous, well-looked-after wild front garden. Coming home from work will bring you peace and joy.

The room has a great feel of privacy as it isn't attached to the other two bedrooms. The walls and the ceiling have been painted plain white recently, so it's fresh and clean.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for all your food.

One of the best things about this house is that it is peaceful inside and out, with lovely neighbours and the best landlord, John, I have ever had. He can be contacted at any time, and he sorts out any issues promptly! What's more, he's very kind and wonderful to speak to.

I have lived here for four years and will miss it greatly.

Transport to Brighton is an easy 20-minute bus ride. The bus stop is seconds away. Cycling is a bit faster. There are no hills on the way into Brighton.
