Available until end March 2015. Large, tastefully furnished room at top of house in a quiet road. Ensuite bathroom, double bed, sitting area, table/desk and small worktop with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. Other facilities are available in the house and we have a lovely sunny garden. I am a friendly and flexible 47 year old professional woman, working largely from home. My daughter is 13 and we have a small, friendly dog.
I think it would suit a mature student or professional person who is wanting a degree of privacy but may welcome sharing the occasional meal or glass of wine.
