Double room in shared house

I own a, three storey house near Hollingbury golf course. I have a room available for short term let for up to 3 months. It’s newly decorated and has a large built in wardrobe

The house has a communal lounge, a spacious kitchen/diner, conservatory, bathroom, garage and a beautiful garden. It has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, broadband, central heating, patio, sun-loungers etc. Parking is not a problem and buses run frequently to Sussex University and Brighton town.

There are currently two people living in the house; a man and a woman. The woman occupies the top floor and has her own bathroom and living space. They both work full time.

I’m looking for a friendly, mature working professional/mature student, who is tidy, respectful of others, and who has a sensible work/life balance. £550pcm (this includes all bills). The room is available until August.
