Lovely Furnished Room With Own Shower Room

A good sized room available, with its own dedicated shower room/basin and shared wc in a shared Family House. It is located on the edge of Brighton with excellent access buses going to central Brighton or about 15 minutes to cycle to the centre and free space for on street parking. (Space to store bikes too). Buses to Sussex University are approx a 10 minute walk and go at peak times only. However the room would suit a student with own car, as the journey to university is very quick, or a professional.
There is a very well equipped kitchen, and a huge, west facing garden.
We are a sociable bunch of people, who enjoy cooking, music, watching films and having fun. We are all pretty independent and have our own busy lives, but would love to share with someone who is respectful, sociable and easy going (as are we!) The house is tidy with communal spaces (living room large garden) but we respect each other's privacy too.
The room is furnished and with wardrobe, chair, desk and shelves. Monday to Friday lets also considered.
