Double room in quiet, modern house

We have a double room in a newly built house in Peacehaven. The room has use of 2 bathroom/shower toilets, so no hassles competing for bathrooms each morning! The room has a double bed, storage unit and wardrobe, and desk. The room is available immediately. It's a 20 minutess bus ride to Brighton, with a stop very close to the house on the main road. There are plenty of local shops and aminities within walking distance. We are professionals, and would be looking for another professional to join us, preferably female. Bills and internet are included. Parking isn't a problem if you have a car. The house is spacious, modern kitchen and lounge etc.
