Lovely double room, two minutes from cliff tip with sea view from the room and Seaview from garden, quiet area, good parking, close to bus route, 15 mins drive into Brighton.

There is also a smaller room which would be a reduced rent of £75 per week in return for dog walking.

There are 7 small friendly dogs live here, so if you do not like dogs then please do not apply.

Willing to have a small dog here if the dog gets on okay with my dogs.
