Double Room To Let

Hello there I am an outgoing person who has a spare room to rent in the Peacehaven area. The road is very quiet and overlooks a farm. I live with my cat Fudge.

There is a bus stop right outside the front of the house with the number 14 bus that goes every 15 minutes. There is on road parking available and is free of charge. I have never had a problem being able to park.

The room is a double room and I currently have a double bed in here. I have recently had a freeview installed and there is an aerial point in the bedroom.

The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge with use of the facilities.

I have recently bought the house and everywhere has been redecorated and new carpets throughout. 

I am looking for someone that is quiet and tidy to rent the room. Looking for someone that is in full time employmen and who likes to socialise but also spend time alone. I would like someone to share the cleaning (alternative weeks).

I work full time and I am heavily involved in a local musical theatre amateur company.

The rent includes all bills, including broadband.
