This is a cosy 1 bedroom garden annexe, fully furnished but can also be unfurnished. Single occupancy only as there isn’t enough storage space for 2 people.
Unfortunately there is no washing machine but there is launderette 5 mins away. NO oven but has air fryer, microwave, double electric hob and kettle

SHORT TERM LETS CONSIDERED
Close to bus which is 5 min walk away. In the heart of Peacehaven.
The annexe has a nice size shower room/sink/wc. It also has its own side access and a nice little pebbled front garden. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This price includes all bills, elec, water council tax and Wi-Fi for one occupant.

I cannot accept anyone on benefits.

Working professionals only.

NO working from home and this is purely because the place has independent heating from the house and heaters are extremely expensive to have on all day.
