Double room to rent

Hi,
I am looking for a female housemate. This house provides a private room and shared facilities which includes kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room. There is also a garden outside where we can relax in summers.
The kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Bus stop is a few steps away, which has regular buses to brighton and eastbourne.

I am looking for a quiet person and someone who respects others privacy. As, I will be working and going to Uni as well, I would like someone who doesn't have guests coming over very often. However, I would love to hangout, go shopping and cook together sometimes.
