This is a clean, modern and contemporary house, located in the coastal town of Peacehaven.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Access to South Down walks near by, as well as access to walks along the undercliffs of Peacehaven.

Bus rides to the city centre are close by, approximately 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, these come frequently.

Nearest train station is Newhaven town, approximately 10 minutes from the house.

There is free parking on neighbourhood roads by the property.

We are close to the city centre of Brighton which is full of shops and restaurants, this is only 30 minutes by bus or less if you are driving yourself.

We are two professionals who work Monday-Friday.
I work part time from home so this would suit someone who ideally doesn’t work from home as well.
