House overlooking the sea in a very quiet area near to buses, 20 minutes from Brighton. Friendly house share with artist and two lovely kitties for somebody quiet, considerate and who is out during the working week as I work from home as a painter/printmaker.

Lovely large double bedroom overlooks big private garden with desk and private toilet next to it - shared bathroom and kitchen and lounge.

Would suit one working professional working outside the home or postgrad/mature student. Must love cats 🐈‍⬛ (they’re quiet and clean and never go into the bedroom).
