Double room in bungalow, South Coast Road

Hi, I have double room to rent in bungalow facing south so plenty of sun, there is garden, parking, 2min to cliffside, 1min to bus stop number 12, which take you to Brighton in 15 minutes.
Room includes double bed, wardrobe, glass table, desk and chair.
About me, I'm easy going, sociable, like spending time outside, like dub reggae and dubstep, have a cat.
I'm looking for housemate that work full time, no students, is clean and tidy, no smoking in the room but there is garden for that.
Rent in summer is 650£, winter up to 720£ as electricity and heating usage goes up.
