2 bed room for rent

I have a two double room available in my 3 bedroom property.

The property has bathroom and kitchen for you to use.

Room is suitable for professional and student male/female . I am live at the property.

Both room is available 30th September 2024

All room is furnished so you don't need to bring anything. Only one person rent is £650 or two male person or two female person rent is £800, if they want to share with each other.

For 1st room I have 1 king size bed, with wardrobe and dressing table.

2nd room I have 2 single bed with wardrobe and 1 reading table.

No couples and no pets. Including all bills together. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

The electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband included in the rent. You don't need to pay extra money for these.

Bus stop is 1 minute walk from my house, it’s opposite my house. You can easily get the bus for Brighton and Eastbourne.
