This listing is for TWO rooms (a living room and a bedroom) with OWN bathroom for ONE person. The living room has sky TV and fridge.
Both rooms are very large with lots of fixed storage. The kitchen is shared with myself and my stepson. There is off street parking on the road outside the house. We are very close to bus routes to Brighton and Eastbourne.
Can be furnished or not but the rental price is the same. £850 per calendar month for all three rooms and shared use of kitchen bills included.
Female professionals only. There is a door between the rental area and the main living area for privacy. We have a very friendly old dog so no other pets allowed.
