Double bedroom available in Peacehaven

We have a spare room available in a small house in Peacehaven, with an optional private lounge space, depending on your rental choice: £650 room only, £700 room with small private lounge.

The house is along the South Coast Road, 30 seconds away from the main bus route in either direction - to Eastbourne and Brighton - so getting into town is a breeze. The house has a small, south-facing garden.

We are an easy-going couple, living with a small-medium dog that is active and sociable. We both work full-time, so we're out of the house most of the time. At weekends, when we're not out walking, we enjoy our own creative hobbies, ie. reading, gym, photography and design. Our dog loves adventures and play so maintaining the living space is a continual effort. He does also love company and cuddles, however, if you'd rather he doesn't enter your space, we do have a stair gate which stops him getting to both rooms.

We're happy to cook communally or individually. Similarly,
we're happy to have someone who wants their space or someone more sociable but, ideally, we would like someone who is respectful in the evenings, and willing to pitch in with the kitchen and bathroom.

We are live-in landlords so this would be a lodger agreement rather than an assured shorthold tenancy. The room is available from early March for short term let (up to 12 months).
