Beautiful sunny room in peaceful location

Hi I’m Nat. I am a 50 something female who moved from Brighton to Peacehaven around a year ago. I have a 21 year old daughter who may or may not be going away to Uni this September and I have a spare room for rent.
We live in a spacious 3 bed bungalow with two rabbits.
The room will be rented furnished with a double bed, side table and lamp, shelves and a unit with pull out draws to put clothing in, however should you want it unfurnished then please mention that when contacting me. It is a really sunny, bright and newly redecorated room to the front of a quiet dead end road so there is minimal traffic noise. The property has a large breakfast/diner/living space, utility room with washer dryer, wood burner and is on a street with unrestricted parking. There is loft space if you have some items that need storage and front and rear gardens.
1 road away from the south coast road and bus stops to Brighton and Eastbourne.
Currently the house rabbits live in the room, however they will obviously be moved come September which is why there aren’t many pics of the room.
The room measures approximately 14 x 14 feet.
It is council tax band D.
