Single Room That Can Be Furnished Or Not

Hi there I have a single room to rent. The room can come with or without a bed but there is a built in wardrobe and storage units. The room is small but we've made the most out of what space is available. There is a large kitchen and living room space to make up for the small space. All bills are included but I will require a desposit of £100. I live with my brother who is in the navy so isn't home much. I have 2 cats that live more outside then in. The house is located 5 mins away from the bus stop that take you into brighton/ eastbourne (both about 20mins away). There is a drive way or you can park outside the house which ever you feel comfortable with. Anymore questions then just give me a call. Thanks
