Lovely quiet single room .

Would suit someone who appreciates peace and quiet at night, room backs onto downs nice views . off road parking place available. House is in a private Cul De Sac . 

I live here with my 11 year old daughter. Non Smoking house . Use of Bathroom and kitchen. The living room is also my office and is my private space. 
Have washing machine and use of Tumble dryer in winter or when weather is horrible of course.! 
No pets as I have a cat called Puff. Would like someone considerate, who understands the importance of conserving energy, and who is either working or at University. 

One months rent deposit is required, and the rent is paid monthly in advance. 
The Number 14 bus is 2 mins away and the N14 nightbus stops here as well. There is No Tv connected but I do have Wi Fi. ! 6 months minimum stay.
