We have a spare small double room available in our cosy modern new home.

It has:

*A large garden including a 6 seater hot tub

*A downstairs toilet and a large upstairs bathroom with bath and shower

*A space to park on the driveway

* BT infinity fibre optic broadband

The room on offer has garden views and can fit a small double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table. It comes unfurnished.

You'll be sharing the large bathroom with only one of us.

We are looking for someone clean, quiet during weekdays and friendly. Long term lets would be ideal but we will consider short lets.
