We are looking for a lodger*, clean and tidy, to live in this fully furnished room which contains a: double otterman storage bed; built-in wardrobe; chest of draws; bedside cabinet and table/desk. The room is enhanced by a 50 inch wall-mounted smart TV with sound bar.
Other areas that are shared with the owners are a: bathroom, which is next to the bedroom; a modern kitchen with clean modern appliances and a comfortable dining area.

Viewing highly recommended.
The property benefits from easy access to Brighton and Eastbourne via the 12 bus route, the stops for which, are just a 5 minute walk away. The journey into Brighton is usually 20-30 mins depending on the time of day.

Local shops are a short distance away.
