* Housemates: We are all professionals working standard office hours (approx. 9am-4:45pm, Mon-Fri).

Rent & Costs:

* Flexible rent payments (monthly or weekly).

* £20 monthly contribution for shared household items (e. g., cleaning supplies, toilet paper), or you can opt to buy your own.

Notice Period: One month's notice required for moving out.
