Small single room in village house, near Rye

The room is a small partly furnished single room, although you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. It would be good if you could provide your own bed, but that could be arranged if necessary. We are a quiet and calm household, working full-time, and would prefer a similar housemate. There are two dogs here, who are only noisy when they need to be. Bills are included in the price, apart from the telephone. Food could also be provided occasionally if required, price to be agreed, or you can use the kitchen to make/cook your own. The rest of the house would be shared, eg. bathroom, living room and kitchen.
