Double room in beautiful cottage

There's a lovely double room available in a small cottage on plumpton racecourse. This property is small but so gorgeous. The cottage is attached to the landlords house. He's very helpful but him and his wife keep to themselves, which makes it feel much more private.
The garden is absolutely huge and so beautiful, and luckily, the landlord takes care of it so no mowing needed! We also have parking that is separate from the landlords driveway.
I'm a 23 year old florist so there are usually some nice flowers in the house. I also love crafting so there's quite a few crochet creations and paintings in the shared space as I've tried to make it cosy and homely.
Plumpton Village has a shop and 4 pubs (classic Sussex), and the house is a 10ish minute walk from Plumpton Station.
So if you're looking for a lovely countryside cottage with a housemate that likes wine and flowers, this might be for you :)
