Room available in charming small cottage

A room to let in a quiet cottage annexe attached to a large family property, in a peaceful, rural setting.

The cottage has its own entrance and is shared with one other lodger (myself), plus a Sun-Thurs lodger in a self-contained studio room on the ground floor (only shares the front door).

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a sitting area downstairs. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, which share a bathroom with bath/shower and wc. There is a nice lawn area to enjoy outdoor space.

The room is furnished with a double bed and small wardrobe, and overlooks the garden area.

The rent includes all utilities, as well as broadband, council tax, and TV licence. There is separate parking for the cottage.

I am looking for a friendly housemate to join me in this peaceful space. I work term time, 3 days a week in Brighton, and do freelance work the other 2 days. I'm easy-going, nature-loving and would like to live with someone kind and easy to chat with, but equally values their own space, as there is not stacks of shared living space in the cottage.
