I have a double room upstairs in a 3 bed house in Polegate. My house comprises shared kitchen with washing machine, dining room, shared bathroom and separate w. c.
There is a garden to the rear with some on and off street parking. Broadband is available throughout the house.
Polegate Station is 10 minute walk away with trains to London, Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton, etc.
Buses are round the corner, a 3 minute walk away, going to Eastbourne, Hailsham, etc.
I am looking for a reliable, trust worthy person, male/female, preferably who is out at work all day. I keep a clean tidy house and would expect my lodger to be the same. I am a friendly outgoing person who is out all day and home weekends.
