Fully furnished, all bills included in rent. Sharing with Andy (designer) and Danielle (paramedic) Latest BT broadband. Good location. Shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, garden.

All trains stop at Polegate station, it is a good transport hub and rent is cheaper than Brighton/Eastbourne.

Train times: Eastbourne: 10mins Brighton: 35 mins London: 90 mins. Polegate High Street & shops are 400 yds walk and there is a Morrisons Daily less than 100 yards from the front door. There is also a bus stop within 100 yards of the front door and another bust stop 4 mins walk away in the High Street. Parking is on street but there is always somewhere close by to park.

BEDROOM: Has wireless (and wired Ethernet connection) to the latest BT Broadband. Includes a small valuables safe, a desk and computer chair. There is ample storage with 2 built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It has views to the South Downs.

LOUNGE: It has 2 sofas, a coffee table, a 43 inch smart TV with a high quality amp and floor standing speakers for sound.

DINING ROOM: It has table that seats 6-8 and a comfortable armchair in one corner. There is a 43inch smart TV (connected to good quality speakers) and a record deck & amp, for anyone into vinyl (amp also has a Bluetooth). It’s available for anyone to use and is a great place for housemates to socialise, eat, listen to music and wind down. It can also be a workspace if necessary.

KITCHEN: It is all new high quality cabinets and is currently fully functional as open display. It’s great for ease of use in finding things. There is a tall fridge freezer and an under counter freezer for extra space. Also, incs: washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, induction hob. You will also have your own cupboards for storage. There is also a small 24 in smart TV in the kitchen. which mainly gets used for Youtube Music whilst cooking. Everyone gets added to the house Youtube account with their own login (inc. Youtube Music)

BATHROOM: It has a separate shower and bath. Hot water is available instantly 24/7 as the shower is electric and the hot water for the bath comes from a combi boiler. There are also 2 separate toilets in the house.

COURTYARD GARDEN: is 7 x 2 metres and fully paved. It includes a decent garden table and chairs and a barbecue. There is space to add extra pots or containers if you want to have a go at growing your own plants.

There aren’t really any house rules other than what we would all expect using common decency as a guide.
