There is the choice of two rooms depending on need - a 3.7 x 3.05m double room with two double glazed windows, wardrobe, laminate flooring, radiator and TV, Or a 3.48 x 2.39m single room with one double glazed window, laminate flooring and radiator. Clean and tidy property with new kitchen installed in 2021, and a new bathroom in 2024. Shared washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge available. You will be living with me as owner of the property. I am very accommodating, easy to get on with and have a great sense of humour. I go away a lot on trips so you will often have the property to yourself.
