We are looking for a new lodger as our current one, who has lived with us for over 18 months, is relocating to another city.

The room is a private, fully furnished double bedroom, which includes:
• Double bed
• Wardrobe
• Two bedside tables
• Coffee table
• Armchair
• Shoe cupboard
• TV
• Internet access

The lodger will also have full use of the downstairs bathroom.

Shared spaces include:
• Fully equipped kitchen (all appliances and cutlery are shared)
• Garden

Rent & Location:
• Rent includes all bills
• On-street parking available
• 10–15 minutes’ walk to the train station
• Approximately 10 minutes from bus stops

About us:
We are an easy-going couple (female 27, male 40) with a newborn baby and my partner’s son, who stays with us 3 days a week. And our two cats. We are clean, tidy, respectful, and enjoy a good chat, but also value our own space and routine.

What we’re looking for:
We’d suit someone who:
• Is clean and tidy
• Keeps to themselves
• Is respectful of a family home
• Is comfortable living with children

Due to children living in the house, a DBS check is required, along with at least one reference.
