We have a double room to rent in our New Build house in Polegate. There is a mainline station 15 minutes walk away with direct trains to London, Brighton, Lewes Eastbourne and Hastings.
The room is on 2nd floor of a 4 bed townhouse, with a small garden. We have a garage and you will have some space to use to store things in it.
We have 2 young cats, and we can't have any more pets really i'm afraid.
You will have your own shower room, right outside your room.
We have broadband, but it is only about 4mb so won't set the world alight, works fine for iPlayer, Netflix etc though.
There is a shared Kitchen and Living room, with SkyTV.
