The accommodation is shared with the two other professional working housemates ,All fit, friendly, clean and tidy ,sociable non-smokers. ( all rooms are single occupancy).

The house is situated in a substantial landscaped garden with fishponds and a private wild woodland with gated access. The veiw from the rear of the house is overlooking the Benfield Valley Nature reserve, cricket and football pitches and with a private lockable security door leading to the large Sainsbury superstore just 2 minutes walk and the shared footpath/cycle route which leads north directly into the heart of the southdowns National park and south to the beaches ,the seafront cycle track and coastal footpath east and west.
There is ample free off road parking for everyone including when available, spaces in large carport. All located within just two minutes walk of Portslade Mainline Rail Station (London Victoria 54 minutes) and many bus routes, three supermarkets and the main Portslade shopping area with restaurants and pubs.

The shared accommodation includes hallways, two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a very large lounge /kitchen /diner, full use of the ample gardens and private wood including use of a secure garden shed / carport for bicycles. Central heating, Unlimited high-speed broadband , fortnightly household and room cleaning service and gardener are included along with ALL Council tax and utilities bills (no hidden extras).

We are looking for a working professional housemate to replace the current occupier of this room who unfortunately has to leave us at short notice, Preferably for a long term lodgings agreement (minimum 6 months) but more long term would be preferable, The longer the better. Employer and previous accommodation references required and one month's rent as deposit and first month's rent in advance on signing of lodgings agreement...
