Hi Guys,
We have a room to rent in a house in Portslade. The house is in a quiet close. Not far from Portslade Station.
There are me and a house mate living there at present and one double room available for a single occupant.
The house is very dated! But, has all essentials. Washing machine, Fridge, Cooker, Microwave, Shared bathroom.
We are 2 laid back men and pretty much only use the house after work to cook, eat and sleep!
If you are not too fussed about it being a house from the 60's like us. Give us a shout!
