Close to local shops, gym, cafe and pub. transport- bus stops with regular buses 1, and 1a to central Brighton, are within 5 minutes. The Station is within 20/30 minutes walk. There is also free on street parking.

If you enjoy the countryside, the South downs national park is within 10 minutes walk.

I am a friendly sociable person, but enjoy quiet times too. I am looking to share with a considerate student, who is clean and tidy, (but not fanatical). Who has their own interests and hobbies.
